Our first homestudy visit!

Despite the fact that the little boy that we wanted originally is being adopted by another family, we have decided to keep pursuing our goal to adopt a little boy.  Research has shown that many boys languish in orphanages because girls are wanted more by adoptive families.  We sent our intake application to a homestudy agency to see if they would accept us to start the homestudy process, and were accepted!  Our first homestudy visit is this Sunday, January 15th.  We are nervous,  but have left it up to God to take care of us and to lead us down the path he wants us to go.  Wish us luck!
